MAPP Cultural Diversity Benchmarking user group
When : 17th March 2026 Tuesday
We are inviting organisations to participate in the upcoming focus group workshops!
These sessions are designed for leaders, companies and individuals who want to move beyond intention and actively contribute to shaping a more inclusive built environment sector.
By joining the workshops, participants will be:
1. Contributing to an industry-wide initiative.
2. Gain valuable insights into the current state of multicultural representation and inclusion across the industry.
3. Receive a high-level overview of emerging findings and a preliminary framework that will help guide organisations in understanding where they sit within the broader industry landscape.
Each session will be intentionally limited to 15 organisations to enable meaningful and in-depth discussion. Separate sessions will be held for small to medium-sized organisations (up to 250 employees) and large enterprises (more than 250 employees).
All sessions will be facilitated by professional facilitators to ensure thoughtful discussion, shared learning, and practical outcomes.

MAPP Leadership Program Session 04
When : 29th April 2026 Wednesday, 8.30am - 1pm
42 participants joined the program and kicked-off the Leadership Program 2025-2026 with openness, curiosity, and authenticity, and by fully immersing yourselves in this journey of growth.
The theme for Session 04 is Shaping inclusive Leadership through Self-coaching and wellbeing and we will be focusing on building emotional and cultural intelligence, intentional self leadership and action planning.
Participants will learn more from Executive Coach Ruhee Meghani and the Executive leaders : Nick Brisbane and Ursula Dyer Lepporoli
